How much does AI customer support with Mira cost?
A fixed price per month. No charge per action.
You don't pay per action or per user, so the bill doesn't grow when Mira does more. The price depends on your enquiries, your systems and the features you choose, and you know it in advance. No minimum term and no setup fee.
Mira Guarantee
The Mira Guarantee: if you don't achieve the agreed time saving in the first month, you get your money back.Before Mira goes live, we agree with you on the time saving she must deliver — measured against the time you currently spend per email. The month starts when Mira goes live. No minimum term and no setup fee.
Arrange a demoMira Desk keeps a running count of what Mira handles and calculates the time you save from your own minutes per email. As a starting point, an email Mira sends herself counts for the full minutes, a draft sent unchanged for 70% and a draft that is edited for 50%. We adjust these rates together with you before the guarantee is agreed. If you'd like to know how the guarantee would work for your business, email or call us.

The essentials are always included. You choose the rest.
Mira Mail, Mira Chat and the control panel in Mira Desk are always included. Mira Leads, Ask Mira and Mira Desk as a full ticketing system can be added as needed. What we tailor to you: the sources, the categories, the rules for green, yellow and red, and the connections to your systems.

The price is fixed per month — not per action and not per user. It is given as a specific quote for businesses, excl. VAT.
No minimum term and no setup fee: you can cancel at the end of any month with 14 days' notice.
Every customer is covered by the Mira Guarantee, and Mira goes live straight away. Among other things, the price depends on the number of enquiries; spam and noise don't count.
