About Mira

What is Mira?

Mira is an AI customer support agent that reads your customer enquiries, finds the answer in your own sources — FAQs, policies and price lists — and replies in the system your team already uses. By default, she prepares a draft for a team member to read, edit and approve. In the control panel, you choose for each category whether she may reply on her own, prepare a draft or hand the enquiry over to a team member. Mira is for businesses of all sizes and sectors that handle a high volume of recurring customer enquiries — about order status, returns, delivery, prices and opening hours, for example. We serve businesses across Europe, including the Nordics and the UK, and Mira answers customers in 18 languages.

How Mira works

What features does Mira have, and what is always included?

Mira Mail answers your customer emails, Mira Chat answers on your website, and the control panel in Mira Desk is where you manage it all — these three are always included. Mira Leads, Ask Mira and Mira Desk as a full ticketing system can be added as needed.

Is Mira a chatbot?

Mira is more than a chatbot. Mira Mail is an AI email assistant that works in your customer emails and, by default, prepares a draft for your team. Mira Chat is the chat on your website: it answers on its own, helps customers along and escalates to a team member when needed — and it always makes clear that it is an AI.

Which languages does Mira answer in?

Mira replies in the language the customer writes in. She answers in 18 languages, including Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, English, German, French, Spanish and Italian. If your language isn't listed, just ask us.

How Mira works

Does Mira send replies automatically? Who approves them?

By default, Mira prepares a draft that a team member approves. In the control panel, you choose for each category whether she may reply entirely on her own, prepare a draft or hand the enquiry over to a team member — and you can change it at any time.

How long does it take to approve a draft?

In the cases we have followed, it typically takes 20–30 seconds. It varies from industry to industry and with the length and complexity of the case. Mira shows what she looked up, which source she is relying on and how confident she is — so your team member can quickly check the reply and send it.

What does it mean when Mira shows “confidence 94%”?

The figure shows how well the sources Mira has found match what the customer is asking about. Each category has its own threshold. If Mira is below it, she doesn't send the reply herself — not even in a green category. She writes a draft based on what she has and points out the gap in the knowledge base. Your team member can fill it in while checking the case, so Mira can handle it on her own next time.

How do we know when Mira can reply entirely on her own?

Mira starts with drafts. In the control panel, you can see for each category how many drafts are sent unchanged and how confident she is. Green is switched on category by category once the figures show she is ready — and even in a green category, she only sends on her own when she is above the category's confidence threshold. Categories she shouldn't touch can be set to “Hands off”.

What happens if Mira can't back up an answer?

Then she doesn't answer. Mira doesn't invent delivery times — she looks them up. If the answer can't be backed up by your own sources, the enquiry goes to your team with the context they need. The same always applies to angry customers, legal matters, payment disputes and GDPR requests. Mira logs what she can't answer. If the same questions keep coming up, she takes the initiative at the end of the month and asks for the gaps in her knowledge base to be filled.

Which systems does Mira work in?

Mira works in Outlook and Gmail and in ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Herodesk, Dixa, Gorgias, Freshdesk, Puzzel, etrack1 and Salesforce — or in our own, Mira Desk. If your system isn't listed, just ask. Mira can also look things up in your other systems, such as bookings, event tickets, policies, memberships, deliveries, accounting and agreements. We go through what needs to be connected for you before you start. Your team stays in the tools they know.

Do we have to switch to Mira Desk?

No. The control panel lives in Mira Desk, and every customer gets access to it — but your customer service can stay in the system you use today. If you want everything in one place, Mira Desk can also be your helpdesk.

Does our team have to learn a new system?

No. Mira is adapted to your existing systems and workflows. Your team carries on in the tools they already know.

Data and security

Where is our data processed, and how does Mira handle GDPR compliance?

Processing and storage are limited to the EU/EEA, and each customer has its own isolated data area. Your data is not used to train AI models. You are the controller, Mira Omnia is the processor, and before going live we sign a data processing agreement (DPA) covering purpose, data types, sub-processors, security, retention and deletion.

Does Mira get access to everything?

No. Access is limited to the systems and areas you choose, and your own administrator can revoke it.

Pricing, guarantee and getting started

How much does Mira cost?

A fixed price per month — not per action and not per user. There are no fixed packages: you get a specific quote based on your enquiries, your systems and the features you choose, so you know in advance what it costs. Mira Mail, Mira Chat and the control panel are always included. No minimum term and no setup fee — and the Mira Guarantee covers the first month.

Pricing and contact

What is the Mira Guarantee?

Before you start, we agree with you on the time saving Mira must deliver. If you don't achieve it within the first month of operation, you get your money back. Mira Desk keeps a running count of what Mira handles and calculates the time you save from your own minutes per email. As a starting point, an email Mira sends herself counts for the full minutes, a draft sent unchanged for 70% and a draft that is edited for 50%. We adjust these rates together with you before the guarantee is agreed.

Is there a minimum term or a setup fee?

No. There is no minimum term and no setup fee. You can cancel at the end of any month with 14 days' notice — and the Mira Guarantee covers the first month.

Pricing and contact

How much work does the setup involve on our side?

A kick-off meeting, a little time from your IT contact and access to the material you already use to answer customers. Mira is adapted to your categories and tone of voice and goes live straight away in your own system — the Mira Guarantee covers the first month.
