Mira works in the systems you already use.
Mira connects to your email and your ticketing system, so your team stays where it is. She can also take action in your other systems based on what the email says.
How Mira works in your system.
A connection means Mira works where the case already is — not in a new program on the side.
Reads the case
Mira reads the new email or chat in your inbox or ticketing system, together with the history that belongs to it.
Looks things up
She fetches what the reply has to be based on: your own sources and the systems you have connected — such as the order in Shopify, the shipment with GLS, a booking or a policy.
Writes an internal note
What she found, where she found it and how confident she is. Your team sees the note — the customer doesn't.
Replies, drafts or hands over
Following your rules: a reply from your own mailbox, a draft for approval or a handover to a team member with a short summary.
What Mira can do in each system depends on the system and the access you give her. We go through it together before she starts.
