Privacy policy

What we do with your information.

The short version: no analytics or advertising tracking. The chat and emails to Mira are processed in the EU/EEA by our own AI customer support agent and then deleted. For our customers, we act as processor under an agreement.

This is a translation. The Danish version of this policy is the legally binding one.

Who is the controller

Mira Omnia, CVR 40574581, Jasminparken 3, 9260 Gistrup, Denmark, is the controller for the processing of personal data on this website, in the chat and in the communications you send us.

You can send questions about personal data to stefan@miraomnia.dk or call us on +45 31 13 70 54. Our postal address is Jasminparken 3, 9260 Gistrup.

The website

The website has no analytics or advertising tools and no tracking across websites. Fonts are served from our own site — nothing is loaded from Google or social media when you visit us. The contact buttons open an email in your own email program.

Our hosting provider, one.com, records technical log data for security purposes when the site is visited (IP address, time, browser type). Log data is used only for operation and troubleshooting and is deleted on a rolling basis. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Chatting with Mira on the website

The chat on the website is run by Mira, our AI customer support agent — not by a human. The chat itself tells you that you are talking to an AI. What you write, together with the time, a technical conversation ID and your IP address, is processed to answer your question. Enquiries about pricing, collaboration or anything else that needs a human are handed over to the founders.

The chat runs in Mira Desk, our own ticketing system, on servers in the EU/EEA. What you write is not used to train AI models. AI processing is handled by Amazon Web Services (AWS) on servers in the EU. The region may vary depending on load, but it is always within the EU. Chat messages are kept for 90 days and then deleted. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The chat loads after the rest of the page, and you can use the whole website without opening it.

When you write to Mira

The mailbox mira@miraomnia.dk is looked after by Mira, our own AI customer support agent. When you write, Mira processes your email — sender, subject and content — to understand the enquiry, find the answer in our own knowledge and prepare or send a reply. Enquiries about pricing, collaboration and anything else that needs a human are handed over to the founders.

Processing takes place on servers in the EU/EEA. AI processing is handled by Amazon Web Services (AWS) on servers in the EU. The region may vary depending on load, but it is always within the EU. AWS is our processor for this processing; the content of the email is not used to train models. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Emails and Mira's decision log are kept for up to 12 months after the last contact, unless a customer relationship is established. You can ask for access, rectification or erasure at any time.

Mira does not make decisions that produce legal effects concerning you. She prepares and sends replies to ordinary enquiries, and you can always ask to speak to a human.

When we work for our customers

When Mira looks after a customer's inbox, the customer is the controller and Mira Omnia is the processor. Processing takes place solely on the customer's documented instructions and on the basis of a data processing agreement that sets out the purpose, data types, sub-processors, security measures, retention and deletion.

Each customer has its own isolated data area. Data is not shared between customers, and when the contract ends, data is returned or deleted according to the customer's choice. Read more under Security and GDPR.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction, the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest, and the right to data portability. Email stefan@miraomnia.dk and we will reply as soon as possible, and within one month at the latest.

If you are not satisfied with how we process your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, datatilsynet.dk.

You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in the EU or EEA country where you live or work, or where the alleged infringement took place (Article 77 GDPR). If you live in the UK, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

We update this policy when our processing changes — for example, when we start using new sub-processors. The current version is always available here. Last updated 27 September 2026.
